Senior Marine Designer
Role
Lead hull and structural design for aluminium and steel vessels. Work directly with classification societies and clients on design approval packages.
Requirements
- B.Eng Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years vessel design experience
- Proficiency in AVEVA / AutoCAD / Rhino
- DNV or VR plan approval experience preferred
Aluminium Fabrication Supervisor
Role
Supervise aluminium welding and fabrication teams across active newbuild projects. Ensure quality standards, schedule compliance, and safety on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Trade qualification in boilermaking or welding
- 7+ years aluminium marine fabrication
- Experience leading teams of 20+ tradespeople
- Familiarity with classification society inspections
Project Manager – Newbuild
Role
Manage the full delivery of newbuild vessel contracts from contract award through to sea trials. Interface with owners, class, and all internal departments.
Requirements
- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
- 5+ years marine project management
- Strong owner/client management skills
- Vietnamese and English fluency required
Marine Electrical Engineer
Role
Design and commission marine electrical systems including navigation equipment, automation, power distribution, and GMDSS for vessels under construction.
Requirements
- B.Eng Electrical or Marine Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years marine or offshore electrical experience
- Knowledge of IEC 60092 marine electrical standards
- AUTOCAD Electrical or EPLAN proficiency
Business Development Executive
Role
Develop and manage client relationships across Southeast Asia and Australia. Identify newbuild and repair opportunities, prepare proposals, and close contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- 3+ years B2B sales in marine or offshore industry
- Established network in regional maritime sector
- Business-level English and Vietnamese required
Quality Assurance Inspector
Role
Conduct inspection and testing across all stages of vessel construction. Maintain quality records, coordinate with class surveyors, and manage NCR processes.
Requirements
- CSWIP or AWS welding inspection certification
- 3+ years QA/QC in marine or industrial fabrication
- Experience with ISO 9001 QMS environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
